When CHI St. Luke's Health - Sugar Land reopened a newly renovated Family Birthing Center to reverse a trend of declining volumes. A three-phase, integrated campaign used action-oriented messaging and engaging photography to capture the attitude of expectant mothers in a positive way and drive interest in the VIP treatment provided by the hospital.
